Little Machaba Voted Africa's Best New Hotel November 2018
“Congratulations to the whole Machaba Safaris team on Little Machaba Camp being voted Africa’s Best New Hotel at the star-studded Boutique Hotel Awards last night.
The winners of the Boutique Hotel Awards 2018 were announced on 8 November 2018 at a prestigious ceremony at the Merchant Taylors’ Hall, London, which brought together an array of boutique hotel owners, travel and lifestyle press and travel industry influencers from all four corners of the globe. Alison Whitfield from Ethos, Machaba’s UK representation company, was delighted to accept the award on Machaba Safari’s behalf.
Little Machaba is an intimate camp in Botswana’s Okavango Delta with just 4 spacious safari tents overlooking the Khwai River and plains beyond which are frequented by elephants. Little Machaba is ideal for romantic travellers, honeymoon couples, or those who prefer a more private safari experience.
The Boutique Hotel Awards is the only independent awards organisation in hospitality where each and every property is visited personally by an experienced hotel judge. The winners were selected from over 300 Nominees in over 80 countries.”
