  • Any other vegetables that you would like to add in
  • Green chili
  • Thyme
  • Chicken Stock
  • Chicken spice
  • Maizena
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Fry the onion, peppers, chili and vegetables together in a big pot.
  2. Add stock together with spices and herbs.
  3. On medium heat leave to simmer for half an hour.
  4. Then Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Thicken the soup to your liking with Maizena.
  6. Add in the cream when ready to serve.
