Ingredients:

For 2 lt, you’ll need:

  • 1,5 ginger roots
  • 1 large pineapple
  • 2 lt hot water
  • White sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Grate ground ginger.
  2. Grate the pineapple and use the pineapple juice.
  3. Combine the two into one bowl.
  4. Add hot water and leave for 2 minutes to concentrate.
  5. Strain the preservatives.
  6. Add white sugar to taste.
  7. Serve chilled.
