Ingredients:

  • Onions
  • Butternut
  • Cinnamon
  • Vegetable Stock
  • Honey
  • Maizena
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cream to serve
  • Thyme
  • Chicken Stock
  • Chicken spice
  • Maizena
  • Salt and Pepper

Method:

  1. Fry the onion. Add Butternut, vegetable stock, honey & cinnamon.
  2. On medium heat leave to simmer for half an hour.
  3. Then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Thicken the soup to your liking with Maizena.
  5. Add in the cream when ready to serve.
